Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange (extensions may apply for certain items — contact us to check).


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some products are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care products

On-demand printed items (including apparel):
We cannot accept returns for wrong size orders. Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a set number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times vary.
  3. Contact your bank — refunds may take time to post.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To arrange an exchange, email themossadil@gmail.com and we will provide return instructions.


Gifts

  • If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If not marked as a gift: the refund will go to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

  • Contact themossadil@gmail.com before returning your product.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable). If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from it.
  • For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Our products ship from multiple locations worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and order.
  • Most orders arrive within 14 days, but please allow up to 30 days before escalating an issue.
  • You must notify us within 60 days of your order if you have not received your item. No refunds will be issued after this timeframe.
  • If tracking shows the item arrived at your local post office, it is considered delivered.
